Ive managed to put my own songs in log in screen and champion select screen.

Here`s what you need to do:

Go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\air\assets\sounds\ambient

In this folder there are two files called ChmpSlct_BlindPick and LoL_MUSIC_PVP_Login

Just copy your mp3 song, rename it as those above and replace the existing ones. you can always change the song this way!
I love this cause it makes better ambiance while waiting in the queue placement and anticipation in champion select screen. Cool
