sad thing is ppl around 1200-1300 elo are worse then ppl you get playing normal games.

just played ranked and the opp team had 4 ap, still our cho bought thornmail. got 1000 examples like this... too much ppl still dont know the basics, but still they simply go play ranked.

Believe me 1200ELO u'll also find that , sometimes u just get them everywhere. only if ur 1600+ then ur gettin nearly none
