Lloyd going for the job as a fair moderator

I'm thinking on some questions myself so don't hold back asking some more afterwards if you want to know more.

Why do you want that position?
I'm inspired to make this forum a peaceful and fair one.

Why do you think you are qualified?
I'm honest and very often active so I can notice most of things going on in the forum. In Addition I got experience from other forums I helped to rebuild and even maintained them for a long time. Many Users behaved in a inappropriate way and got their punishment as judged from all moderators. That means I won't act on my own just because I'm moderator since I know I have to stick to the rules myself.
I also think I'm reasonable and reliable for that job. I won't be groaning about some work given to me.
In fact I will always try to give it my best.

Do you got some weaknesses?
I have to admit that I barely forgot how a forum works on html and codes. So I would need a little time to adjust myself to the forum behind the scenes. :/
