Runes/tips for Singed

which one is better ap or tank and so on..

I played him for a while

My build was

Roa , Boots of swiftness , Archangel , ROA , Atmas

But then again , I Played off tank

Banshee, rylai, sunfire, fon, thornmail

so i'm the only one getting spirit visage on him ? :S

yes. why would you want spirit visage on him?

runes id say magic pen, health, armor, mag res

well build always depends on the opposing team and your team (if u have already a tank then you can go freely ap or the opp has like 3 ap then youll get as much mr as you can)

for his ulti....it increase his health regen when it's activated..... but i haven;t used visage after they nerfed it to 15%
