Runes For Sion [AP]

Any idea's For runes on Sion AP?

Ofcourse AP runes itself , Was also thinking bit Mana regen since he comes out of mana (Oom) really quickly,

For the rest?

red - magic pen
yellow - mana reg/ap
blue - cd reduction/ ap
quint - ap

mana doesnt mean anything to me. i don't have problems with mana on sion since im going for it in masteries and items. thats enough for me.
cd reduction is more important for late game so you can spam shield and stun.

hmm I dont play sion but I do play manahungry champs.. go to my ingame profile and look on runepage nr 3.. it might help you I dont now..

I think you need as many magic pen as possible som magic pen quints can come to consideration.

Red: Magic penetration
Yellow: m5p/lvl
Blue: Ap/lvl or CD flat
Quit(depends on what ur confortable) : Hp flat, Movement Speed, Flat AP, Magic penetration.
