Stop recruiting start training.

Been playing some games today as usually. Had good and had bad games.
Whatever lets get to the point. Today i got in game with Wakka and Cornalex
Which gave me this idea. I suggest you watch the vid to understand what i thought.

I will practice with some of you and we will practice. Ward game, Mid / duo/ solo / jungle, masteires, Runes, items, tips and tricks, teamfights, positioning, support / tank role of your champ, ad/ap role, support role, skill shots. And anything else you wish to know. By going in for this i suppose you got few champs that are your main or you deciding. I need to know if you got the will for this.

Im not perfect at this game but i would teach anybody about things i know. I had this idea long time ago. Got it from Femto. He cant be active lately so its mostly me. I will ask other friend to help me with that job.
So its only few people when im done with them i will start with other. To apply for this send me message on forums telling which champs and why you want to master them.

We already decided that we stop recruiting and starting to train.
But in fact there are ppl who rather dou qeue than learning how to play with others in their clan.
Also we decided to take more focus on those who are trials and those who still have to learn a lot.

Well even though i am not a member but in trial can i give my opionion about that game and the training that needs to be done?
Becouse in all honesty i saw alot of things go wrong there, both teams btw. (not in the sense of hurr durr you guys suck but trying to make youre gameplay better with tips tricks and other useful stuff.)

Specific recruiting is brought out for recruiting only tanks&supports , or junglers well what we need the most. then the teams were made for 3trainings a week to increase ur knownledge create a team setup. but i can't find any dates , as people as supersaiyan&Femto have to work , Not raging @ them infact IRL goes first , but others as Par example demena &unownist do sports and par example me&lloyd have Studies to work on. i can't find 3days where the 20people can train together.

Then just play normal 5vs5 and ranked games, when someone makes a mistake point it out like: look you could have done this so that would not have happend.
In normal and ranked games you learn alot more if you can see youre mistakes or if someone can point them out for you.

And about that specific recruiting if you want to become a better player play other roles too not only one role, it will give you a different look at the game and in what to expect from youre enemies and allies in the game.
If you play other roles you will also see what a team needs or lacks too succeed like that recorded game you guys did not have any hard crowd control at all if you want to win you will need some hard cc.

We dont need 20 ppl 5 or 10 thats enough... And those 5 or 10 should be able to take criticism
