Training Session

This evening we will held a big training session. Our goal is to do at least 1 5v5.
We (the staff) want to get experience in teamplay and strategies.
From time to time we will repeat this.
We start 18.00
Now I hope to see a lot of you there.

It would be ideal to get at least 10 people on raidcall and just talk about strategies and tactics. We should make two teams and play 5v5's against each other. I think what we need is just to gather all and talk on raidcall, we have quite a few members and I don't recall having a big meeting with everyone.

We need to support the clan, and make this work because it started great, we just need to fortify the foundations of the clan, which means more communication. That's just my suggestion on the matter, and by no means I'm pointing fingers, or anything like that, I confess, I wasn't as supportive as i could have been, I'm just putting my thoughts out.

Of course we will all gather on raidcall.
But first of all we need time and place for a meeting.
As place we got raidcall. The time is variable but we need to start!

Please dont misunderstand me: Training doesn't only mean playing 5v5. It also means talking about clan, strategies and further improvements.
Even when you have problems you can share it with us so we might help you finding solutions.

its not 'cause i cant participate but i live different country(malaysia)..therefor..i will make sure i can join u all guys for training like last time we all play

Since nobody answered and cared for it I have to set up a time.
This Saturday from 16.00 until at least 20.00!

When I watch the list of those who were connected to the forum the last 24 hours...
9 out of 29 members!
I will start thinking of some punishment if news aren't read and something like last weekend comes up:
I wanted to hold the first training session and wanted to hold a speech but noone showed up.

ive had similar situations on other forums (was admin on few) and I found out that there is no cure for those who arent active.

just make rules, stick to them and kick those who wont obey "The Law".

Ive noticed that the forum is kinda dead since just a few of us barely post anything, so my guess is that we could use some fresh active players.

we are searching all the time...
we are making rules right now and start thinking of some punishment...
it seems this is the only way left since just a small number of member support our clan.

i think that one must also take into consideration that not everybody loves forums, ^^

you dont need to love it, but if you wanna be part of the clan you need to come every few days to see whats going on. right?

Indeed , Kicks are now online for those Inactive and we need 10players for Active online , 2 5x5 for normals and Also customs for Training.

you need to come on RC alot , especially in the evenings , we often have men to short OR Men to much ;d

im online not allways on rc tho....

would be better to come online on rc when you search someone to play
since im on raidcall even when im playing other games like FF XIV
like me should other ppl be in rc even when im not playing LoL right now
