Clan meeting anyone?

guys i feel there is a lot of difficulty between members and leaders, members and members and any other combination you can think of for that matter...
so much that i feel it is best not to keep it between those people, so i suggest a clan meeting in which we can discuss tensions, but also trainings, clan matches etc. in a more clear and direct way then shouting posts over the forum.

just tell me what you guys think

That would be an excellent idea , but I'm Really afraid of this turning into a scream fight like always between kinda people...

If everyone can behave we can do that.
But also I think if you have problems come and try to approach us with sending a mail to us or write us on rc or talk to us in rc.
Right now also some members keep there problems with themself and ending up writing "Hateposts"...

why not just go all tough and act as a leader. your there to punish you cannot satisfy everyone. go ahead and do it !

sure we are informing you on this meeting but you should also ask whats going on in the clan

Lets see. I'll be gone next week. Maybe it will air when I'm away (don't think so) or when I'm back saturday.

its pretty simple .. clanleaders ( tweekz lloyd and unownist ) made the clan! Show respect or ban? Isn't that easy , else go make a clan yourself if u think they don't do there job right :s I dont have a prob with any those guys , and i will help them in what they need as far as i can!

thanks saiyan but i think this show respect or ban thingy is a bit harsh though.
also i dont care if the members show no respect to me, i joined the clan like you all did. through trial games and so on.
so i just try to support tweekz and daan who made the clan actually.
and thats the point: show respect for them!
tweekz is realy young and i think he made a more than great job as a clanleader.
daan also made a awesome job as co-leader in organizing communication programms and sites like the forum and raidcall!

i dont see any things where tweekz and daan made a mistake here ... Why be in a clan if u can't deal with the leaders? Think about that first , I can whine to about shit in the clan , but i don't , its still a game where we suppose to have fun!

dude... your not supposed to whine... why not try and tell them what you think is wrong and they can think about it and do something with that... i wouldn't say you should stay quiet and just sit... give them something to work with then

if you haven't tought about what i said , i try to calm things down ....

it's done now , we're focusing on specific recruiting and i made the training days if people cn come or not also there wont be 4teams , maybe 2or3 with more people (replacement and such). i try to take everything up positive and work on it , but i also expect you to tell us friendly and not just rage ur problems here...
