Graphic card fail or whut? Empty Graphic card fail or whut?

well , My parents are divorced (very long time ago so dc) so that means I have 2 different Computers , My computer with my mom is effin pro but my dads is just wtf..
Now I have aproblem with the sucky computer , whenever I watch a youtube video it fails and starts going in all those weird colors , and if i start Lol , my whole screen is fuzzy..
When I DON'T enter youtube and then start LoL , it works..

someone got an explanation for this? :s
